1. Team Trophies to the winning
team in each sub varsity race including modified

5. T-shirts to the winner of
each sub-varsity race
6. T-shirts to the top 28 in
the two varsity races
* League requires a minimum of 4 league meets to be
eligible this must be verified by the Chairpersons
Reminders:
1. It is imperative that you
give each runner his or her designated bib number for accurate results. Failure to do so may result in a DQ.
2. If you are short or missing
bib number(s) please see the meet director ASAP before the race.
3. Remind your athletes NOT to pin the tear tag on bib number.
4. REMIND YOU ATHLETES NOT PULL
THE TEAR TAG OFF UNTIL THEY ARE IN THE CHUTE!
5. Have your runners to the
line 10 minutes prior to the start of the race.
6. Turn in score sheets and
finish cards at the tent near the finish line.
7. Have your team volunteers
check in with the meet directors after the coaches meeting to verify
assignments.
8. It is imperative that those
assigned to hand out finish cards, ribbons and T-shirts report to chute at
proper time.
9. It is recommended that you
enter your top 5 athletes in the Varsity Races. (check with Chairmen if you
dont meet the criteria)
10. It is the responsibility of
each coach to verify that your varsity runners have competed in at least 4
league meets to be considered for
